Peanut Butter Choc Dessert Bowl 🥜 🍫

My go-to for a quick, easy, healthy sweet treat that meets your sweet tooth needs and actually fills you up!


• 1 tablespoon of good quality dark chocolate melts or pieces

• 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

• 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, crunchy or smooth

• 1.5 tablespoons of full fat, plain Greek yoghurt (can replace this with coconut yoghurt if you prefer or a high protein yoghurt will increase the protein value)


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy


Protein: 8g

Fat: 22g

Carbs: 12g

Fibre: 2g

Calories: 270 - to put this into context, the average adult female needs to eat around 2000 a day, you would potentially need to eat more than this amount of calories if you train
