Ingredients
3 tablespoons of almond meal or flour
1 teaspoon psyllium husk
1 teaspoon of brown flaxseed meal
1/2-1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 tablespoon of pure, natural maple syrup
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
Natural Greek yoghurt or high quality coconut yoghurt of your choice
Method
Place your mug in the microwave for 90 seconds on high, then 10 second increments after that until a skewer comes clean in the middle. Top with a dollop of yoghurt and enjoy 🤎
