What is nutrition?
To nourish our bodies with food that will allow it to work at its peak is key to living a long and healthy life. Good nutrition is the cornerstone of good health, fuels our bodies and dictates how our body runs day to day.
When your body is being fuelled with good food your immune system is boosted, your energy levels increase, you get a better night's sleep, you see improved performance in physical activities, an enhanced mood and concentration levels, your body is able to prevent and fight disease, it delays the ageing process and helps you reach and maintain a healthy weight. When the body has to work too hard to get rid of the toxins created by bad nutrition that leave the body open to attack from disease due to reduced immunity as well as impairing your mental state (depression, anxiety) and reducing your productivity.
