I love a good pancake but I want one that works into my healthy diet and leaves me feeling satisfied and not sick!
These are delicious, healthy and completely natural - enjoy!

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
mixed berries of your choice
butter or coconut oil
yoghurt and or pure maple syrup
mash up the banana with a fork
whisk up the eggs and add to the banana with the baking powder and cinnamon and put in a blender, food processor or thermomix until the batter thickens
mixed berries can be added before or after cooking or both
put some butter or coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and place the batter onto the pan to the desired size you want
serve your golden brown pancakes with a dollop of yoghurt and some extra mixed berries and a drizzle of pure maple syrup
