Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls... Yum!!!

If you love to eat a healthy diet and take care of yourself but have a nagging sweet tooth (like me!) then these are the protein balls for you. They're delicious and protein packed so they'll fill you up and cater to that sugar craving while keeping you trim and toned. I love them as a post workout snack. Enjoy beautiful followers! xx

 

Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls 

 

3/4 cup natural,​ smooth peanut butter

1/2 cup of protein powder (I use Prana Protein Powder either the original or the vanilla)

1 tablespoon vanilla essence

1 tablespoon coconut flour

2+ tablespoons almond or coconut milk

2 tablespoons of organic, dark chocolate chips

 

  • Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir together

  • Add a little more milk, a tablespoon at a time, as you go if the mixture is too dry - you want the mixture to end up soft enough so that you can roll them into balls but not too sticky that they stay gluey

  • Spoon out using a dessert spoon and roll them into little balls

  • Put them into a tupperware and refrigerate them for about 30 minutes to an hour.​ Keep them refrigerated so they don't melt
