Guilt Free Peanut Butter Fudge

These delicious squares of guilt free Peanut Butter Fudge are raw, vegan, sugar free, gluten free, organic and yummy!! 


A great alternative to eating something processed and full of sugar... but they still absolutely melt in your mouth.


One of the easiest recipes to make in my collection - only 3 ingredients.  Enjoy!! xx 


Guilt Free Peanut Butter Fudge



  • 25 organic* medjool dates

  • 1/2 a tub of organic* peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup of water

*organic is my preference but completely up to you if you just want to use regular products





  1. Soak the dates in a bowl of water for at least an hour before you make the fudge so that they are softer and easier to process

  2. Drain the dates and place them in a food processer* along with the peanut butter

  3. Add half of the water evenly over the mixture then start processing! Check the consistency and slowly add more water as needed

  4. Once the mixture has reached a thicker and creamier consistency spoon it into a tupperware (the size is your choice depending on how thick you want the fudge to be) lined with baking paper

  5. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours then remove, cut into squares and enjoy!

  6. I keep mine in the freezer so it lasts a bit longer but if you know it's going to be gobbled up quickly the fridge is fine to store it in too

*you can also use a blender but it will just take a bit longer and be a bit more fiddly
