I don’t like kale, goji berries or maca powder, I think coconut oil is best used as a moisturiser for my skin and I choke on green smoothies 99% of the time...
My wellness philosophy is to keep it simple. I believe in balance, movement, chemical free beauty and REAL food.
My everyday life revolves around being healthy, feeling good and staying fit. I’m a Pilates Instructor and Nutrition Coach and live and breathe helping my clients to be their best self and love life. I want to educate as many people as I can about how to fuel their bodies with nourishing food and to inspire through movement.
A beautiful body is achievable for anyone and it comes from being nourished from the inside out, being physically strong, happy in who you are and walking around with a glow that comes from being truly well. Feeling great is easy as long as you have the right tools to get there.
My hope is that the information I bring you guys helps you to become the best, healthiest, happiest and strongest version of yourself you can be. I’ll be posting nutritional facts; recipes; exercises to get you moving, strengthen and tone your body; beauty products that bring you the results you need without flooding your skin with chemicals; as well as my favourite products out there in health and fitness - and they are all things I use myself!
